Adult or Paediatric Musculoskeletal Problems:

  • Clara Caplice, our Senior Physiotherapist, actually has 5 years’ experience in general Private Practice as well as specialist disability experience. She is particularly interested in foot and ankle, spine, pelvic and shoulder problems.

  • If you have a longstanding or complex issue with pain, stiffness or tightness for which you have sought previous therapy with limited results, you may need a specialist, multi-system analysis which will take into account not just your muscles and joints where the issue is, but how other parts of your body may be affecting your symptoms and have gone unaddressed by more conservative therapy methods.

  • For example, people often don’t realise a chronic condition affecting their organs such as asthma, bowel diseases, PCOS, endometriosis, COPD, Long Covid, etc have on the position and function of our muscles and skeleton. They don’t link ongoing, unaddressed calf tightness to a recurring shoulder pain that only gets a few days’ relief from Physiotherapy to the shoulder. Most Physiotherapists do not know these links either!

  • Clara has undertaken almost 100 hours of training in multisystem assessment and treatment with world-renowned Physiotherapist Dr Mary Massery from Chicago, acted as a Teaching Assistant on her courses and lectured on the topic both to Physiotherapy students and qualified Speech and Language Therapists.

  • Book an assessment with Clara to explore if there may be a deeper reason for your pain and if there is a way to create permanent relief for chronic issues.
